Lyle was such a great guy. He accepted me for what I am an adopted family member (as I married his nephew and godson 50 years ago). I will miss him so very much. It will not be same going to visit Flossie now. We will always love him and hope to someday see him again.
Lee thank you for posting these couple pictures. To the entire family Bruce and I are so sorry for your loss. We may not be there, but we share in your loss and you are all being thought of daily at this difficult time.
Dear Linda, Denny & kids..I am so sorry to hear of your dads’ death…how sad and always so difficult to lose a parent. You are in my heart and thoughts during this very difficult time. Also my sympathies to your mom.
We just got to know you two. Really enjoyed Lyle! We miss him already & will remember him in our prayers.
Won’t be the same to look in the community room and not seeing Lyle putting puzzles together. God bless you & keep in his care.
I regret not having laughed with him one last time. He will be so very missed, but his presence in my memories will carry him on. Chad & Kara
My favorite memory of Uncle Lyle is the book that I received from them as a gift when I was just a little girl. I had saved that book, and passed it on to my kids….and now my Grandkids have it.
You are an amazing man! Even though I have not been able to spend as much time as I would have liked with you…you have still been an inspiration to me.
I will love you always.
Going to breakfast of lunch at whatever cafe was close.
