Date of Birth: September 18, 1935 Date of Death: April 10, 2010 age 74 passed away suddenly on April 10th. Phil is survived by Rita, his wife of 29 years, children Philip Kramer, Jr., Lynette Kramer, both of New Brighton, Mitchell Kramer of Minneapolis, Pamela Kramer of Coon Rapids, and Robert Kramer of Duluth; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Joe and Curt, and sister Fran. Visitation amp; Funeral Service Funeral service will be held 12 Noon, Thurs. April 15th, at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 SW Centennial Dr., Forest Lake, with visitation 2 hours prior to service. Interment will be at Wyoming United Methodist Cemetery.

  1. Sorry for your loss Rita and Kramer’s. We remember Phil from 25th Ave So. Mpls. This was in the 60’s . Especially when he did the Ostrich walk. He did it better than Johney Carson. From all of us from 25th Ave So. Our prayers are with you. Leone Tilseth ,Sharon Olson and Elaine Laib.

  2. I am truly sorry for your loss. Uncle Phil was my favorite uncle when I was growing up in Lino Lakes. Never forget his little sideways laugh after he got you, or how he tried to lift my remote control fart machine at the re-union. He will be missed.
