Gary J. Fisher

Age 82 of Wyoming passed away peacefully at home on November 23, 2020. Gary was born on August 14, 1938 in Minneapolis. He married the love of his life, Ramona Laroen; together, they had five children. Gary retired from Graco after 36 years as a machinist.
Preceded in death by beloved wife, Ramona. Survived by children, Michael (Debora), Susan Farr, Debra (Bruce) Anderson, Cindy (Jeff) Lichtscheidl, Kim (Jeff) Goossen; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.

I am Gary’s Father’s Sister’s son Bruce. Gary’s obit brings a flood of good memories. Sometime back in the 50s Gary came up to spend the summer at our farm near Askov. A city boy’s outlook on life and actions were welcome to two growing boys, me 12 and Dave 14 and were an eye opener. We were ready and fast learners. The Red Ryder BB gun, he came armed with, created some interesting experiences. Shooting at telephone insulators had been something things and breaking sounds we had never considered. We did not have a sister at the time and knew nothing about girls. Gary filled us in great detail. God bless Gary and his family. We send our warm thoughts and are thankful for our lifetime of memories.
